This term in P6, we have been learning about Space.

We have been watching video clips with Miss Brown about Space and the planets and using this to draw the planets.  We have also been learning about the different phases of the moon.  One phase is called the waxing gibbous.

It was really interesting because we learned that there is no ending of the universe because it grows all the time.

We learned that one of the first astronauts in space was Neil Armstrong.  We also found out that British astronaut Tim Peake ran the London Marathon while strapped to a treadmill in space.

I have really enjoyed this topic and learning all about the different planets and space.
