Smiling basketball set

In P3, our topic is the human body.  At the start, Mrs Turnbull gave us a piece of paper and we wrote what we thought about the body and what we knew about it already.  We have been learning about our senses,  we drew around the smallest person in the class, cut it out and put together all of the skeleton parts.  In maths and numeracy, we are learning our tables focusing on 5, 10, 2 and 3 times tables.  We have been adding and subtracting numbers to 50.  In our literacy work, we have been reading books called Blue Bananas, working on our spelling sounds in our spelling books and we always enjoy quick starts in the morning like 5 a day.  In PE, we have been playing bench dodge ball and learning basketball skills.
