I’d like to welcome everyone back to the start of another session at Cornbank, especially our new pupils in P1 and those starting in the Nursery. I would also like to extend a warm welcome to new pupils and their families. Mrs Prentice has returned from maternity leave and it’s great to have her back. Miss Coleman has now returned as Mrs Chattam after her wedding in the summer and we all wish her and her husband every happiness. Mrs Shirreff our music specialist left us at the end of last term after many years at Cornbank. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mrs Shirreff for all her hard work and dedication to the school. Mrs Callaghan will take over from Mrs Shirreff and we are all looking forward to her joining the team. This is always an exciting time and the school is buzzing with all the interesting plans and ideas for this session . I am really looking forward to a great year.
