Walk to School Week – 16th – 20th May
Week commencing 16th May is our next Walk to School Week.
On the Tuesday of that week (17th), we’re having HAPPY SHOESDAY and asking pupils to wear their favourite, brightest, happiest shoes to school. We’d like to ask you to support your child and encourage you to join in with them on this day.
We hope pupils enjoy taking part and that participation levels are good!

Theatre Workshop and Story Teller
At the beginning of this month Primary 1 and 2 enjoyed a theatre workshop working with Midlothian drama specialists. The activities were based on the famous Oscar Wilde story ‘The Selfish Giant’. The children had a great time and learned so much from the experience.
Primary 1 and 2 also enjoyed a session this week with a ‘Story Teller’ This interactive experience allowed the children to know when and how to listen and when to ask questions.
